At 89Jersey, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
✅ Return conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong size (if it’s our mistake)
- Damaged or defective item
- Shipping error or wrong product received
❌ Returns are not accepted if:
- The item has been used or washed
- The wrong size was selected by the customer (unless proven otherwise)
🚚 Return shipping fees:
- If the mistake is ours, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
