At 89Jersey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process & Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us at support89jersey@gmail.com. Please note that our products are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Therefore, returns must be sent back to our central warehouse.
Important: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our international warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item at our international facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us a photo immediately. In these cases, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement without requiring you to return the item to our international warehouse.
